Onkaparinga Business Awards I You Voted Us the Best – A Heartfelt Thank You!

On the evening of November 13th, we had the incredible honour of winning the Onkaparinga Business Awards in the Floristry, Plants, Landscape and Hardware – Larger Business category.

Hosted by the City of Onkaparinga, the awards ceremony took place at the picturesque Beresford Estate’s Vale Restaurant and Bar in McLaren Flat. Surrounded by the rolling hills of McLaren Vale, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting – the warm, sunny weather and spectacular sunset made for an unforgettable night.

The Onkaparinga Business Awards have always been a significant event for local businesses, celebrating the hard work, dedication, and support that our community gives to each other. This year, over 13,780 public votes were cast, a clear reflection of the strong, vibrant local support that businesses in the region enjoy. We were thrilled to be named the winner in our category, but what truly made this win special was knowing that it was you, our loyal customers, who voted for us.

The fact that our customers took the time to vote for us is an honour we do not take lightly. Your trust and support over the years have played a vital role in our success, and we are forever grateful for it.

On the night, our founders, Dal and Jacqi Akers, were joined by their two sons – Brad, our Brand Manager, and Scott, our Site Supervisor – to accept the award. It was a truly special moment for the family, and we were all thrilled to be recognised in such a meaningful way.
