Celebrating Daniel Dolman: Trainee of the Year 2024

We are thrilled to announce that our very own Team Leader, Daniel Dolman, was awarded Trainee of the Year at the prestigious 2024 Master Landscapers of South Australia (MLSA) Awards of Excellence!

The event, held on 16th November at SkyCity Adelaide, brought together over 370 industry professionals to celebrate the finest achievements in landscaping. It was an incredible night, and we couldn’t be prouder of Daniel for receiving this well-deserved recognition.

Since joining Akers of Lawn in 2021, Daniel has demonstrated exceptional dedication and a true passion for the industry. His hard work and commitment led him to complete his Certificate III in Landscaping through ARO College this year. His growth within the company has been remarkable, quickly progressing to the role of Team Leader, where he continues to inspire those around him with his leadership and expertise.

Daniel’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is reflected in the feedback from our clients. One recent customer shared, “Daniel was terrific—he communicated well and was respectful. He seemed to be a very hard worker who was intent on finishing parts off, rather than leaving them for the next day.” This glowing endorsement speaks volumes about Daniel’s work ethic and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
