What Benefits Does Kelp Have for Your Lawn?
Kelp, a concentrated form of seaweed extract harvested from nutrient-rich ocean beds, provides a range of benefits for your lawn:
Strengthens Grass and Boosts Resilience: Kelp improves the strength of your lawn by making it more resistant to climate stresses such as drought, heat, and frost. The growth hormones in kelp stimulate root development, resulting in healthier and more resilient grass.
Improves Nutrient Efficiency: As a natural bio-stimulant, kelp enhances your lawn’s ability to absorb nutrients, making fertilisers more effective and improving overall soil health.
Supports Soil Health: Healthy soil is essential for a thriving lawn. Adding kelp to your lawn care routine helps enrich the soil by encouraging the growth of beneficial microorganisms, which improves soil structure. This, in turn, leads to better root systems and healthier plants.
Boosts Pest and Disease Resistance: The micronutrients found in kelp improve your lawn’s ability to resist pests and disease. By promoting healthy shoot and root growth, kelp helps make your lawn more resistant to pests and better equipped to handle environmental stressors.
Improves Stress Tolerance: Liquid kelp strengthens your lawn’s ability to handle various stresses, from weather fluctuations to pest attacks or diseases. By using this organic fertiliser, you’re helping your lawn thrive in challenging conditions.
